Custom Orders

I love to create custom pieces, but with my limited time, I only take a couple slots a month and if it fits within my style. However, I often do drops for custom rings. Feel free to contact me at anytime, so I can create something for you.

Materials Used

I primarily use .925 sterling silver. I sometimes use 14k gold filled and jeweler's brass. I source our stones from a variety of places. I try to buy my stones from local and small lapidaries that are family or women-owned.

Packaging

All of the packaging materials are recyclable and come gift-giving ready. The boxes comes from Sustainable Packaging which is made out of 100% recycled cardboard. I use Ecoenclose for our mailers. All other materials can be recycled. All orders come with a personalized thank you note and care card if it is your first time ordering.

Returns

My pieces are handcrafted, and I take pride in my work. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so I will accept any returns within 30 days of receiving your jewelry for whatever reason, even for wrong ring size. I want you to truly love your piece of jewelry! Please contact me within that time frame. I will not accept returns on customs, however.

Shipping

All ready-made items will ship within 3-7 days. If you need an earlier ship day, please email me,. Any customs or made to order and custom items will ship within 14-21 days or the timeline discussed.

You will receive tracking through USPS when item has shipped.

I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

Repairs/Lost Earrings

Even though I create jewelry with adventure in mind, jewelry is still fragile and can break. Please reach out if you need a repair. I will only repair jewelry that I made. Most repairs will come with at least a $30 fee if not more, depending on the repair. If your item breaks within the first year of purchase, I will repair most for free. If you lose an earring, first of all, each earring comes with a clear plastic back, please wear these to ensure they will stay in for all adventures! However, I will replace any of the Threader earrings in my Adventure Collection for only $5, plus shipping. If you lose another earring depending on if there is a stone or not, I maybe able to replace it for about half the price you paid. Go here to replace your earring.

Care

Your CTS piece is made with adventure in mind. Take care to keep your jewelry dry and protect the stones when doing vigorous activities. When not in use, store your jewelry in a box or bag. Silver will naturally tarnish with time. When this happens, use a micro fiber polishing cloth to remove fingerprints, oils, and other residue. If a deeper cleaning is needed, use 0000 fine grit steel wool with gentle soapy water. Avoid using harsh jewelry cleaning chemicals as it can damage the stone and remove the patina.
