I hate doing this… but my prices are going up.
If you’ve been following any metalsmith lately, you’ve probably heard us all talking about it — the price of silver has skyrocketed. When I first started, silver was around $20 an ounce. Now it’s nearly $48, and it’s jumped more than $10 just in the past six months.
As you can imagine, that has me spiraling a little. This is my business, my livelihood — and I never want to raise prices if I can help it. My goal has always been to offer high-quality, handmade jewelry at an accessible price. But for my business to stay sustainable (and for me to keep creating!), this change is necessary.
The new prices will take effect after October 18th, so if there’s a piece you’ve been eyeing or you want to get a head start on holiday shopping, now’s the time to do it.
