Returns: Our pieces are handcrafted, and we take pride in our work. We only take returns on case by case basis as long we are contacted within 7 days of receiving the item. Your CTS piece is made with adventure in mind. Take care to keep your jewelry dry and protect the stones when doing vigorous activities. When not in use, store your jewelry in a box or bag. Silver will naturally tarnish with time. When this happens, use a mic fiber polshing cloth to remove fingerprints, oils, and ither residue. If a deeper cleaning is needed, use 0000 fine grit steel wool with gentle soapy water. Avoid using harsh jewelry cleaning chemicals as it can damage the stone and remove the patina.
