Spring is my favorite time of year. I am finally able to shake off the winter blues, the days are longer, and I'm obsessed with all the wildflowers, so I thought I would share some of my favorite spring activities to give you a little inspiration!
Spring Activities Guide:
- Go on a little hike and use the app on your iPhone or Plantnet to identify the different wildflowers in your area.
- Cold plunge in a creek. It's refreshing and you will feel so alive.
- Start planting some vegetables or flowers in your garden! Even if you don't have a lot of space, plant some fresh herbs. They're easy to grow.
- Visit a local brewery or coffee shop and sit outside!
- Put up a hummingbird feeder because hummers are back! Use 1 part sugar to 4 parts water. Don't use that red stuff from the store.
- Walk barefoot in the grass and notice how it feels.
- Meditate in the sun.
- Hike in a new spot! Be careful about higher elevation spots since there is still lots of snow.
